Draft-Eligible Ryan Schernecke Training at Monarch
Draft Eligible Athlete Training at Monarch
Ryan Schernecke has been training at Monarch Elite Training Academy for the past few months to prepare for the 2026 NFL Draft. Ryan has been working closely with Speed Coach Tony Fulton and Position Coach Adam Klein, focusing on improving his speed, footwork, and overall performance.
Ryan is a recent graduate from Kutztown University where he was a standout offensive lineman in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) and across all of Division II Football. He had a breakout senior year where he garnered a plethora of accolades. Hula Bowl Participant, Gene Upshaw Award Finalist (Division II Lineman of the Year), Associated Press All-America Second Team, AFCA All-America Second Team, D2CCA All-America Second Team, D2CCA All-Super Region 1 First Team, and All-PSAC East First Team.
Ryan was introduced to Monarch through Warren Schmidt of Pro Star Sports Agency. Ryan came to us with the goal of getting faster, improving footwork, and working on his position. He came in with clear goals, to get faster, refine his footwork, and sharpen his positional skills. Through consistent training and multiple weekly sessions, he made measurable improvements, including shaving time off his 40-yard dash. At 6’7”, 320 pounds, Ryan can move, and he’s proven it.
He has participated in multiple pro days, private workouts, and showcase events to increase his visibility with NFL scouts, and he did not disappoint. Some stats from his recent pro day:
- Benched 30 reps at 225lbs
- Broad jumped 9’2
- S/S: 4.70
- 3-cone: 7.60
- Ran a 5.18 40-yard dash
- 20 yard: 3.08
- 10 yard: 1.77
We are wishing Ryan the best of luck with the NFL Draft this weekend! Thank you Ryan, his coaches, his agent, and Monarch staff for the help and support on his journey.
