Morganne Dee

General Manager, Field Hockey, and Lacrosse Coach

Morganne is a recent graduate of the Honors College at Arcadia University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management, along with a minor in Sports Management.  A former multi-sport collegiate athlete, she competed in field hockey, ice hockey, and lacrosse. She is bringing the same competitive mindset to Monarch that she had on the field.

Morganne is excited to be part of Monarch because of the opportunities it creates for athletes to grow and develop.  Having had strong mentors throughout her own athletic career, she is passionate about giving back and helping the next generation reach their goals.

Director of Performance

Trevor is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Physiology from DeSales University. He’s worked in the private sector of strength training and sports performance for over 6 years, and has worked with a plethora of young aspiring athletes and lifters. Growing up, Trevor has always been heavily involved with fitness. He was a multisport athlete all throughout his youth, and then went on to compete in the USAPL for powerlifting during his undergrad. Those years are when he truly developed his passion for sports performance and fitness.

Trevor’s mission has always been to help athletes achieve their performance goals in the weight room, in order to help pursue their aspirations on the field, course, track, etc. To be a guiding hand, helping to build up the next generation of athletes and establish the foundation that all athletes need in order to have a long and prosperous athletic journey.

Zach Garnsey

Zach Garnsey

Athlete Partnership Advisor and Ice Hockey Coach

Zach is a student-athlete at Arcadia University and a member of the Men’s Ice Hockey team, pursuing a degree in Health Science with a minor in Healthcare Administration. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and holds a certification in Sports Performance Enhancement, with a strong focus on strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
Zach has gained valuable hands-on experience in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, where he worked alongside licensed physical therapists to guide patients through rehabilitation programs and support a safe return to activity. Combining his academic background, clinical experience, and perspective as a competitive athlete, Zach is passionate about helping individuals improve performance, prevent injury, and achieve long-term health and fitness success.

Marcus Winfield

Marcus Winfield

Head Defensive Line Coach

Marcus Winfield is a former collegiate football player and now personal defensive line coach with a proven track record of excellence on both sides of the ball. A standout at Cheltenham High School, he earned 1st Team All-Conference honors on both the offensive and defensive line, showcasing elite versatility early in his career.

He continued his journey at Delaware State University, where he developed into an All-Conference performer, competing at a high level and refining his technique. Marcus also gained experience at both the University at Albany and Kent State University, further expanding his football IQ and exposure across multiple programs.

Now serving as a Head Defensive Line Coach, Marcus is driven by a deeper purpose: helping athletes become the best version of themselves. His coaching philosophy is rooted in real experience, discipline, and the lessons he’s learned throughout his playing career, on and off the field.

Mike Hayes

Mike Hayes

Head Quarterback Coach

Coach Hayes played Quarterback at Chestnut Hill Academy, now SCH Academy in Philadelphia. He went on to play Quarterback at Division III Moravian College, setting 17 school passing records upon graduating in 2017.

He then went on to play Quarterback in Europe for the Prague Lions of the CAAF in 2019, breaking 3 single season records and leading the team to their first Czech Bowl Championship victory in more than 10 years.  He is now the QB Coach and Pass Game Coordinator at SCH Academy, which, in 2025, won a share of their first Inter-Ac Championship title since he was on the team in 2009.

Tom Burke

Head Receiving Coach

Tom Burke is a former collegiate and professional football player who has built his career through leadership, consistency, and a relentless commitment to development. A standout tight end at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), Tom earned 3x All-Conference and 3x All-Region honors while serving as a Team Captain, establishing himself as one of the premier players at his position.

Following his collegiate career, Tom earned an invitation to the Seattle Seahawks Rookie Mini-Camp, where he competed among elite professional prospects. He continued his football journey at the professional level with the UFL’s Memphis Showboats, gaining valuable experience competing against top-tier talent and further refining his understanding of the game.

Tom’s coaching philosophy goes beyond improving athletic performance. His goal is to develop confident, resilient athletes who are prepared to excel both on the field and in life. Through personalized instruction, position-specific skill development, and a commitment to building strong character, Tom strives to help every athlete become the best version of themselves.

Mackenzie Clark

Mackenzie Clark

Mackenzie is a dual-sport student-athlete competing in both lacrosse and field hockey. She served as the women’s wrestling manager for the inaugural season. Mackenzie is an upcoming senior pursuing a degree in Sports Management, along with a minor in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing.

She combines a passion for digital media and branding with a strong foundation as a student-athlete and future coach. She is especially interested in building brands and creating meaningful connections within the sports industry. Being involved in multiple sports has strengthened her work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to thrive in team environments.

Sophia Repholz

Sophia Repholz

Athlete Outreach Advisor/Volleyball Specialist

Sophia Repholz is a recent graduate of Juniata College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice, graduating Summa Cum Laude. This fall, she will continue her education at La Salle University, pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. 

During her time at Juniata, Sophia was a member of the women’s volleyball team as a libero/defensive specialist. She helped her team win three consecutive NCAA Division III National Championships during her freshman, sophomore, and junior seasons. 

Through her experiences, she developed strong communication and mentorship skills that she brings to her work with athletes. She is passionate about supporting the growth and development of young athletes. Sophia is excited to be a part of Monarch to help the next generation of athletes achieve their goals both on and off the court.
