SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

Introduction

Our Sponsorship Program connects local businesses with driven student-athletes by providing access to elite, sport-specific training in a state-of-the-art performance facility. Through strong corporate and community partnerships, we create meaningful opportunities for athletes to train, grow, and succeed both on and off the field. Sponsors play a direct role in developing the next generation of athletes while making a visible, impactful investment in community growth. By removing financial barriers, sponsorships provide athletes with the coaching, resources, and environment needed to reach their full potential.

What pricing tiers are available?

The sponsorship program is designed to support the training of five student athletes.

    • Four-Week Program: $3,000
    • Eight-Week Program: $6,000

Each tier provides sponsored athletes with access to Monarch’s high-performance training environment, coaching, and sport-specific development resources.

Why is the eight-week program recommended?

The program is structured around an eight-week training cycle, which allows athletes sufficient time to develop strength, speed, agility, and conditioning while building consistency and accountability. Eight weeks ensures measurable progress and a more meaningful training experience for each athlete.

How are the student-athletes selected?

Sponsors have the ability to select the five student athletes they wish to support.  If preferred, Monarch can assist in identifying and selecting athletes who align with the sponsor’s goals.  Sponsors may also choose the sport or focus area they want their sponsorship to support. There will be an application review process for all recommended athletes to ensure they demonstrate a strong commitment to both athletic development and academic responsibility.

Are sponsors able to promote their involvement?

Absolutely! The sponsorship program will be featured on Monarch’s website, marketing materials, social media platforms, and press releases.  Sponsors will also be recognized on Monarch’s website and are encouraged to share and promote their involvement through their own marketing channels.

Is the sponsorship tax-deductible?

Monarch is not a nonprofit organization, so sponsorship contributions are not classified as charitable donations. However, when the sponsorship is used as a marketing or promotional expense, many businesses may be able to claim it as a tax-deductible business expense.  Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

How are the funds used?

Sponsorship funds are directed entirely toward supporting the athletes.  This includes access to Monarch’s training facility, sport-specific programming, coaching support, equipment use, and resources to promote both athletic and personal development.

Do sponsors have the opportunity to meet and observe the athletes?

Yes! Sponsors are welcome to observe the training sessions. Providing transparency into the program and allowing sponsors to see the direct impact of their investment.  As a thank you for the support, sponsors will receive an official thank you letter from the athletes and the faculty at Monarch.
