ALL PROGRAMS INCLUDE

Strength training:

Our strength training program is designed to build muscle and improve overall fitness through a targeted approach to the right weightlifting exercises, proper form to protect against injury, all supported by expert guidance and instruction.

Cardio Conditioning:

With multiple cardio machines we design both high intensity interval training exercises as well as steady state cardio exercises for our athletes. Depending on the sport and position of the athlete we have different ways to make sure you are full prepared against your competition.

Injury Prevention:

This is our bread and butter. An athlete who’s on the sideline can’t make difference on the field. We have an in-house training station for our athletes to not only prepare for their work out on site, but our trainers are a resource for any specific questions the athletes may have. Our certified trainers will give guidance on how to prepare at home, stretches for targeted regions and minimizing the risk of physical and mental injuries.

Skills Training:

Every sport is different, and each athlete will have a specific skills program constructed for their needs. A lacrosse player will work on different skills than a football player. Whether male or female, big or small, our programs fit the needs of all our athletes.

Academic Support and Direction:

Whether high school, prep school or college, we give our packets to all schools our athletes want to attend in the future. With coaches having our athlete’s workout monarch will provide to any organization and or school an endorsement letter and record of our training. This is a one-of-a-kind feature that no other program in the area does for their athletes.
